There are a handful of scenarios in which your commission may be different than just a standard flat-fee transaction. This could be anything from a referral to an outside organization, another agent outside or inside our office, or if you're working on a team or with another agent on a deal. Please read through all the options and select the one that most closely matches your particular situation.

Traditional Transaction

This is our most common scenario. This option is right for you if you have a normal transaction that has no referral fee, isn't part of the mentorship program, and you're not splitting this with a team or partner.

In-house Transaction

This option is right for you if you're working within a team or were referred business from someone within the office. This could be a regular split on all deals done from a certain date, or it could be a one-off scenario where you were given business by another agent within our office. Within this option, you can also opt to split the fee paid to the brokerage with the referring agent if you've agreed to that.

Outside referral

This option is right for you if you have a referral to an agent outside this office, a brokerage, or another outside organization or company. Typically this falls within a percentage range of 20-40%, and the fee paid to the brokerage comes out of your portion

Mentor/Mentee Transaction

If you're enrolled in the ONE University Mentorship Program, this is the option for you. Your transaction is split on a 70/30 split with the Brokerage as part of your mentorship program. This option also includes an additional referral amount if you were referred business from someone else.
